1. The Service "My Automation Redprint" is a paid consulting engagement delivered by Tomato Automate. Upon purchase, the client receives a 60-minute working session with a Lean Operations Expert and four deliverables — a Current State Assessment, SOP Blueprint, Automation Analysis, and Business Transformation Report — delivered within 48 hours of the session.

2. Payment The fee is $249 USD, payable in full at time of booking via Stripe. Completing payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

3. The $249 Credit If you proceed with a Tomato Automate engagement after this service, the $249 fee applies as a credit toward your project fee. The credit is valid for new engagements only, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be applied within 90 days of your session date.

4. Intake Form To receive the full benefit of your session, you must complete and submit the My Automation Redprint Intake Form at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Late or incomplete submissions may reduce deliverable depth or result in rescheduling at Tomato Automate's discretion.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Tomato Automate reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

6. Deliverable Timeline All four deliverables will be delivered within 48 hours of the session, contingent on timely intake form submission and the session occurring as scheduled. Tomato Automate will notify you promptly of any anticipated delay.

7. Confidentiality All client information shared during intake and the session is treated as confidential. Tomato Automate will not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by law. A formal NDA is available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property All deliverable documents are owned by the client upon delivery and full payment. Tomato Automate retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying findings for internal training and methodology improvement only.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes My Automation Redprint provides analysis, recommendations, and documentation based on information supplied by the client. Tomato Automate makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements. Results depend on the client's implementation of recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability Tomato Automate's total liability in connection with this service is limited to the amount paid ($249). Tomato Automate is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of or reliance on the deliverables.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
