What exactly do you automate?
Operational workflows where the same coordination work happens repeatedly: lead intake and qualification, internal handoffs between departments, client communication and follow-up, recurring reporting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and system-to-system data movement. The rule of thumb — if a person is the API between two systems, that's where we look first.
Are these custom systems or off-the-shelf templates?
Custom systems built on proven platforms. We use n8n for orchestration, OpenAI and Anthropic models for reasoning, vector stores for retrieval, and we integrate with whatever you already use — Monday, HubSpot, QuickBooks, county portals, whatever it is. We don't sell templates because mid-market operations are too idiosyncratic for templates to actually work.
How long until I see real results?

Will this replace my staff or require layoffs?
